Messaging (In-App & Telegram)
You have two direct communication channels with Sail:
In-app chat (inside Sail)
Telegram bot
Both can answer questions about Sail, your account, and your agent’s activity. They’re also official Sail communication channels, so you can use them for support anytime.
In-App Chat
The in-app chat is your fastest way to understand Sail and your account in natural language.
What you can do
Learn about Sail Get instant explanations on how the app works — from signing in, creating your agent, and depositing funds to withdrawing, understanding balance tiers, and reviewing security safeguards. Think of it as the docs, but conversational.
Ask about your account Check your earnings, balance, transaction history, and current APY. You can also ask about specific past movements, and Sail will explain why decisions were made.
Leverage memory The chat remembers your past interactions, so you don’t need to repeat yourself. Over time, this builds a more personalized support experience.

Example questions
“What’s my current portfolio and APY?”
“How many points did I earn today?”
“Why did my agent rebalance yesterday?”
“What does this transaction in History mean?”
“How do balance tiers affect executions?”
Telegram Bot
The Telegram bot brings the same chat experience to Telegram, plus daily updates — so you can stay synced without opening the dashboard.
What you can do
Receive daily updates Set a preferred time to get a concise daily message about your agent’s activity, balance changes, APY range, whether a reallocation occurred, and new agentic features.
Access all chat functions Ask about your balance, earnings, transactions, APY, or past moves — just like in the in-app chat.
Stay in control From the Integrations menu in your profile, you can configure when Sail messages you, pause or resume updates, and manage your Telegram connection.

Support
Need help? You can message Sail through in-app chat or Telegram. These are official Sail channels for customer support, troubleshooting, and understanding your agent’s behavior.
